HR CLERK IN THE MIDDELBURG AREA

The ideal candidate should be a well – spoken, mature person with excellent communication and admin skills.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Must have knowledge and experience in handling a wide range of administrative and related tasks.
Must be flexible to work Saturdays as needed.
Must be computer literate.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Must be medically fit with no criminal record.
An HR background is a prerequisite.

CODE 14 DRIVERS URGENTLY NEEDED IN THE KLERKSDORP AREA

The suitable candidate must comply with all safety and legislative requirements, completing paperwork, and acting as ambassador of the company when visiting customers and suppliers.

Suitable candidate must have the following requirements:

* More than 2 years long distance driving experience (Walking Floor and Side Tipper) * Valid SA Code 14 with PDP License that does not expire within 6 months * Traceable reference (Company name and contact number of previous fleet controller) * No criminal record * Medical Fit * Copy of SA ID document and a valid SA passport * All legal documents should not expire within 6 months

You will complete a driving test.

Please note if you do not meet the requirements, you will not be tested.

Qualification and requirements

* Law degree
* Background and knowledge of IR
* Experience as a legal advisor, and able to attend to routine administrative labor law related tasks
* Must be bilingual – at least one African language
* Advise on a variety of legal issues and legal risks.
* Strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in an energetic environment with multiple priorities
* Exemplary writing and editing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
* Excellent communication and analytical skills in both written and spoken English
